Things to remember

If you are a tenant, the following information is required:

  • I.D, reference, current wage slips, proof of address & all tenants are subject to credit checks.

For Landlords

When letting a property, we'll provide a 'To Let' board at the property address. We'll also advertise your property in the 'Property News', local papers, our mail shots and we'll advertise the letting on our website.

3 easy steps to letting with us

  • When you're ready to let your property with us, please call us to arrange a viewing so that we can give you a verbal rental appraisal
  • We will also advise you our terms and conditions and advise you on which certificates we
    require in order to market your property. I.e. Gas, electric & EPC certificates
  • Once we have completed our verbal valuation and advised you on all of the above, we
    will create a contract between yourself & Global Property Management and we will
    commence to market your property in a professional manner.

We will keep you fully informed at the progress of your property and of any prospective tenant.
